What are waiting lists?

Waiting lists are a practical feature for group bookings. For example, if you offer 25 places in a course and now a 26th person is interested, they can book a waiting list place. This is shown to the client transparently during the booking process, so that the client knows that it is only a waiting list place. The point of this is that as soon as a person on the participant list cancels their place, the first person on the waiting list moves up. You can also manually add participants to the regular or waiting list.

You can activate waiting lists and define the number of places when you create group appointments under Step 3: Activate capacity. You can do this later in the detailed view of your group appointment in the header under "General".
