Can I synchronize several calendars and if so which ones?

It is possible to enter several calendars per employee. Calenso supports synchronisation with Google Calendar, iCloud, Office365 and Exchange. Go to "Profile" -> "External Calendars" to list your employees and all the calendars connected to them. See here how to connect a new calendar.
