Full day blocker in external calendar does not synchronize

When an appointment is entered in an external calendar, the person automatically appears as absent on that date with that time. It may happen that an all-day appointment (selected as such in the external calendar) means that the day can still be booked in Calenso. 


Please check whether the all-day blocker is marked as "absent" or "busy".  Only if the appointment is marked as such, Calenso will recognize that this date is not available. For all calendar programs, selecting "all day" automatically changes the availability to "free". Below, we have marked the corresponding setting in the supported calendars.

Google calendar

If you select "All day", the availability automatically changes to "Free". Please select "Busy".


iCloud calendar

Those settings aren't possible with iCloud calendars.


Exchange calendar

If you select "All day", the availability automatically changes to "Free". Please select "Busy" or "Away".


Office 365 calendar

If you select "All day", the availability automatically changes to "Free". Please select "Busy" or "Away".
