Why can I no longer cancel an appointment?

There are several ways how to cancel an appointment. If it is no longer possible for you, it could be that you tried it via the "Customer link" and the set cancellation time has already expired. 


To avoid this, we recommend the appointment administration via the "Admin link". With the "Admin link" you can cancel your appointments at any time.
