Google Calendar: Calenso appointments are not displayed correctly

It can happen that Calenso appointments are displayed with a time delay in Google Calendar. This is usually because the time zones in Google Calendar are not set correctly. You can adjust this in the following places:

In the general settings

1. Go online to your Google Calendar.

2. Click on the cogwheel in the upper right corner.



3. Then click on General -> Language and region and check that the time zone is set to (GMT+01:00) Central European Time.


If this is the case but the dates are still entered incorrectly, this may be due to the specific calendar itself having the wrong time zone set. 


Adjusting the time zone of a single calendar

1. If you are not in the settings yet, complete steps 1 and 2 from above. 

2. Go to settings for my calendars and select the specific calendar.

3. Now go to calendar settings and check that the correct time zone (GMT+01:00) Central European Time is set.
