Go to "Appointments" -> "Individual Appointments" in the navigation bar.

Now you are in your appointment overview. You can do the following things:

Click on "Actions". Here you can hide all past events.

In addition, appointments with lead and follow-up times are displayed with all corresponding times.

Filter appointments

You can filter the list of appointments to find desired appointments faster. You can filter by services, category, resource/employee, meeting type, customers, date, price and payment status. You also have the option to filter by the employee who created the appointment with the booking assistant.

Click on "Search" to display the desired results.

Click on "Cancel" to leave the filter.

Click on "Reset" to reset the filter settings and start over again.
