Overview navigation

Log in to the dashboard with your registered e-mail address: Login Calenso Dashboard

On the start page you will now see an overview with various functions, which are shown in the screenshot:

No. 1 - The settings icon allows you to customize your dashboard accordingly:

By activating the slider, individual areas that are not required, for example, are hidden.

No. 2 - The dashboard is the start page and clearly displays various statistics on your online appointments as well as some short links and help:

No. 3 - Here you can access the customer overview and administration:

Calendar

No. 4 - The Calenso calendar offers you a good overview of all booked appointments with your employees/resources:

No. 5 - Here you can access the overview of all dates (individual appointments, group-appointments & conferences):

Settings

No. 6 - Here you can access various settings to customize your booking widget. You can make various settings for the account as well as for the integrations and master data:

Setup assistant

No. 7 - The setup assistant will be happy to help you set up your booking widget. The assistant guides you step by step through the standard settings such as Base Data/Services/Employees/External Calendars/Availabilities/Integration:

Search function

No. 8 - You can use the search function to search for a specific term to get there directly:

Internal booking widget

No. 9 - Click there to call up the internal booking widget and make various settings:

Languages

No. 10 - Here you can change the language in the dashboard if required:

Profile

No. 11 - Click on your profile picture to go to your personal settings:
