The appointment booking assistant is nothing more than your booking widget, which you can use to make an appointment. Call up the assistant in the navigation with the big "+".
Imagine you get a phone call. Now you can comfortably open the assistant and go through the booking step by step with the customer. You don't have to look when an appointment is free, and for what - you are immediately shown all available appointments.
The best thing about it: as soon as you confirm the booking with the assistant, the customer receives the confirmation and the appointment reminder. If the customer was not yet registered, he will be added to the customer database. He or she will receive from Calenso all the advantages that he or she would have had if they had made an appointment online by themselves.
