Appointment confirmation

An appointment confirmation will be sent to the customer in any case. It also contains a link for the cancellation or rebooking of the appointment. You can adjusts certain parts of the E-Mail:

  1. Logo: The logo can be customized under Settings -> Whitelabel -> "Partner logo in email".

  2. Greeting / Introduction / End: This can be customized with the templates under Settings -> Notifications -> "Email appointment confirmation to customers / Email event registration confirmation to customers".

  3. Comment from Provider: This can be customized with the templates under Settings -> Notifications -> "Template for Remarks in Appointment Booking Confirmation / Template for Remarks in Event Booking Confirmation".

Appointment reminder

Send your customers an appointment confirmation by e-mail and remind them of an upcoming appointment. This way you reduce downtime and help your customers to remember appointments.

Reminder time

You can define here whether you want to remind your customers at all and how much in advance to an appointment this should happen. You also need to select the notification type "Email" to make this the default reminder method.


All email notifications are free of charge.
