Not sure if a notification about an appointment has reached the customer or colleagues?
Now you can check it with the Email & SMS History. Calenso offers the possibility to track the date, send status and preview of every email and SMS sent in connection with appointment bookings, rebookings and cancellations.
We explain where to find the email & SMS history and how to use it.

Where can I find the history?
Unter Settings / Notifications you can access the general settings for the notifications.
Clicking on Email & SMS History on the left side of the menu takes you to the history overview.
What can I see in the history?
1. Type
Either it is an e-mail or an SMS.
The dot indicates the transmission status:
Blue = The e-mail was delivered to the recipient's inbox
Green = The e-mail was opened
Red = An error occurred during the sending process / the message was not delivered
With a mouse-over (move the mouse pointer over the dot) the transmission status is displayed:
2. Sender Name
The sender name and the sender address are displayed here. This can be useful if you want to search your own inbox for a message, for example.
3. Recipient
The address or phone number of the recipient is displayed here.
4. Subject
The subject of the message is displayed here. This can help to search for appointment confirmations, group appointment registrations, rebookings, cancellations, etc.
5. Date
The timestamp of the dispatch is specified here.
6. View and History
Behind the three dots a preview or the status history of the message can be opened:
View
The view loads a preview of the message in html format as it has been delivered to the recipient:
History
The history shows the statuses the message has passed through so far:
View Data
With a click on View data you can read the response of the SMPT-Relay server:
Search
The history can be searched for the last 7 days e.g. with subject or recipient address:
Filter
With the filter, either only e-mails or only SMS can be displayed:
Export
Under Actions you will find the possibility to export the currently displayed list of messages as Excel. The Excel list will be sent by e-mail to the currently logged in user:
