Create custom communication texts for email and SMS in Calenso (Templates)

With Calenso, you can customize your own communication texts for email and SMS notifications. These templates allow you to send personalized messages to your customers and edit texts in the booking widget as well as on the appointment overview page.

Edit Email Templates

You can customize email templates in four sections (greeting, intro, ending, and footer). Select the desired template and edit the text in the dialog box. Use dynamic fields to insert personal data such as the customer's name.

Template Status

Individually customized texts are marked as "Configured." You can edit all or individual texts.

Edit SMS Templates

SMS templates only contain one text field without subdivisions. Customize the text and use dynamic fields if necessary. Remember to maintain multilingual fields so that your customers receive the customized texts in their language.

Edit Templates in Booking Widget and Appointment Overview Page

Edit the predefined text modules in the booking widget and the appointment overview page under "General." Translate the labels into all activated languages.
