Store feature for group events available

Since version 4.53.0 it is possible to activate the store feature for group appointments. This allows group events to be assigned to a store, which can then be used for filtering in the booking widget. In addition, after activating the feature, further placeholders are available for the notifications.

Activate feature

Navigate to the Booking-Widget Settings and search in the "General" section for "Enable branch function for group events". Activate the toggle so that it is displayed in green:

Create or edit a group event and choose in Step 1 the Store:

Now the group appointments can be filtered by stores on the booking page:

Use the new place holders for group appointment stores

For editing templates the following place holders are newly available:

• [GROUP_APPOINTMENT_STORE_STREET] = Street of the assinged store
• [GROUP_APPOINTMENT_STORE_ZIP] = ZIP code of the assinged store
• [GROUP_APPOINTMENT_STORE_CITY] = City of the assinged store
• [GROUP_APPOINTMENT_STORE_LATITUDE] = Latitude of the assinged store
• [GROUP_APPOINTMENT_STORE_LONGITUDE] = Longitude of the assinged store
• [GROUP_APPOINTMENT_STORE_EMAIL] = email of the assinged store
• [GROUP_APPOINTMENT_STORE_PHONE] = Phone number of the assinged store
• [GROUP_APPOINTMENT_STORE_PLACE] = Free text of the place of the assinged store
