In simple terms, only 1 person per time unit can participate in individual appointments, whereas group appointments can be attended by several people per time unit. Therefore, group appointments are particularly suitable, for example, for events, training courses, events, further education or group training.
Example of an individual appointment
Imagine the fictional character, Laura. She is a nutritionist and runs a small grocery store for a balanced diet. Moritz now arranges a consultation appointment online with Laura.
Result: One appointment was made with one person (Moritz) at a fixed time for a selected service.
Example of a group appointment
Laura celebrates her 10th anniversary. On this occasion, she organizes a cooking day, where groups of up to 5 people can take part in a cooking course. Laura offers 4 courses of 2 hours each for 5 people at the same time. Moritz would like to take this course with his friend Max and books a free date slot with Laura for 2 people in the 2nd group on this day.
Result: At an event, you create several bookable time slots (4 courses à 2h), which can be booked by one or more customers (Max and Moritz). By the way, there are also waiting lists. Read more about this here.
