Since Calenso version 4.14.0 it is possible to request a reason for cancellations from customers. This article describes this function.
How do I enable or disable the function?
Go to the booking widget settings (https://dashboard.calenso.com/app/settings/widget), scroll to the "customer link" tab. There you will find a toggle called "Disable reason for cancellation". If the toggle is enabled, then the cancellation reason is disabled. If the toggle is inactive, then the function is active.
When the appointment is cancelled on the customer side, the customer will be asked for the cancellation reason:

It is also possible to give the customer the option to make the cancellation reason optional if they want to. For this purpose, the toggle "Reason for cancellation is optional" can be activated:
The reason for cancellation will be sent in the e-mail.
