For your employee or resource to be displayed online at all, you need to check two things:

  1. Does the employee or resource have the appropriate skills to perform the service?
  2. Is my employee or resource approved for online bookings?

A symbol will appear next to your staff or resource name.

If it looks like Stefan's, then the employee or resource is approved for online bookings. Sandra is deactivated in this case.

Deactivation can make sense if the employee is absent for a longer period of time or is only available for internal booking.

For activation or deactivation click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the person or resource. Click on "Make employee bookable" or "Make employee non-bookable".
