Skills of employees or resources

At Calenso, skills are defined as the ability of an employee or resource to perform a service. In other words, if you want a certain employee or resource to be available online to book a certain service, add this service to the corresponding employee or resource as skill.


In the overview of your employees, you can clearly see what skills the employee or resource has. You can also delete skills here. Click on the cross next to the service.



Under "..." in the upper right corner, you can click on "Edit employee" or "Edit resource".



Now you can add or delete additional skills under "Services". 



New service

Of course, you don't have to add this ability to every employee when you start a new service. Simply activate the following slider before completing the creation of a service.



The capability is taken over for all bookable resources. You can find out more about creating services here.
