I have made an appointment by phone or e-mail, how do I save the appointment on Calenso?

You have several options:

  • The easiest way is to create an entry in your external calendar - provided you have connected an external calendar to Calenso. Appointments from your external calendar will be synchronized by Calenso and will no longer be available in the online booking widget. Please note: your customer will not receive a booking confirmation or reminder.
  • Alternatively, you can add an appointment in your Calenso online calendar. To do so, go to your "Calendar" and click on "+". You can also send a reminder by entering the customer's name. 
  • Another option is to book an appointment using the appointment booking assistant in your Calenso. Click on the big round "+" next to your profile. Your booking widget will open. Now you can create an appointment for your customer and everything will work as if your customer had booked it himself. By the way, this function is almost more practical during a telephone booking. You can go through the widget step by step with your customer on the phone. So you can see all available appointments at a glance. You can find out more about the appointment booking assistant here.
