Where can I find the price calculator?

If you already have a Calenso account, even if its a test account, the price calculator can be found in the Calenso Dashboard.

What factors influence the price?

There are 4 components for calculating the licence costs:

• Users
• Stores
• Group appointments
• Conferences

Each subscription is a package that contains a minimum and maximum quantity of a component. If the maximum quantity of a subscription or the minimum quantity of the next higher subscription is exceeded when adding a component, the higher subscription is automatically selected.

For example, it is not possible to select a Basic subscription with 3 users, as a maximum of 2 users are permitted for Basic and a Professional subscription must be purchased for 3 or more users.

Here is a brief overview of the quantities of each component included in each subscription:

The package price includes the minimum quantity of each component. If the quantity of a component is increased, a corresponding surcharge will be added:

• User: 5.00
• Store: 10.00
• Group appointment: 10.00
• Conference: 10.00

How do I use the price calculator?

The overview of all subscriptions can be found under Settings/Subscription. If a subscription is already active, this will be displayed, as in our example, the Basic subscription.

Click on Configure your Plan!

An additional menu opens in which you can compile the number of users, branches, group appointments and conferences:

Once the selection has been made for all 4 components, you can see your price in the lower right-hand area of the calculator:

Once the desired configuration has been made, you can switch to the relevant subscription by clicking on Upgrade now.

Do I pay monthly or annually?

You can choose what you want. Click on the corresponding selection at the top right. With an annual payment you have a price advantage of 20%. For better comparability, the prices are shown per month in both cases:
