Under your subscription, you will find all the credit cards you have added to Calenso. You do not need a credit card to use Calenso if you have not used up your trial limit. However, we do need your credit card for all paid subscriptions. Your credit card will be charged monthly for the amount of the subscription.
If you use online payments, you will need to provide your credit card. Read more about online payments here. This is also the case if you use SMS notifications.
Add and delete credit card
If you want to add a new credit card, you can click on the round button with the "+" (e.g. if a credit card expires, you only have to change the card). You will then be guided through a step-by-step guide to safely deposit your credit card. You will enter your credit card information and then go through the Strong Customer Authentication process. Depending on the credit card provider, the authentication process is different (3D Secure, 3D Secure 2 etc.). Your credit card can therefore be authorized and added securely.
After completion, all credit cards will be displayed, with the authentication type, expiration date and the last 4 digits. Define a default card if you have several cards. You can also delete the credit card via the credit card navigation. If you have a paid subscription, at least one card must be stored. Therefore the card cannot be deleted if it is the only one.
