The setup assistant in the dashboard helps you to set up your account for the first time. It also gives you an overview of the current setup status.



The setup assistant explained

On the start page of your dashboard you will find your setup wizard. There are 5 categories where the wizard can help you with the setup. This gives you a rough overview of what information is relevant to be able to use your booking widget successfully. We will explain the 5 functions in more detail in the next section.



1. Company data

For the company data, enter your company name, telephone number, e-mail and company address in the profile. The company profile can be found here and looks like this:



2. Availabilities

Every bookable employee or resource must have availabilities stored in Calenso so that Calenso can calculate possible appointments for customers. You can find the availabilities here.


3. External calendars

As soon as at least 1 external calendar (across the entire company) is stored, this step is completed. You can find the external calendars here.


4. Booking questions

As soon as at least 1 own booking question has been created, this step is completed. You can find the booking questions here.


5. Invite team

Make sure that at least one bookable employee or resource is available. You can enter the rest of your team here.
