The dashboard is your home page. Here you can get different information about your appointments. You can adjust the dashboard according to your wishes and hide or show individual areas. We will now explain each section step by step.
1st section: Links and progress of appointments
Quickly and clearly you can access the links for your booking pages. The booking link for the company leaves your entire service offer open to the customer and he/she can freely choose an available employee. You can individually determine the company link in your company profile. However, there is also a direct booking link with which you can book an appointment directly with a specific employee. Under this link, you can only select services for which the employee is "qualified". Here you will always find the link of the employee who is logged in. You can also determine this link individually in the user profile. If no name is selected, the e-mail address is automatically selected as the ending of the link.
Below you can see how many free appointments you still have available. As soon as you have activated your flatrate subscription, it will also show you the number of bookings and should motivate you to receive further bookings.
2nd area: Upcoming Bookings
This handy view lets you quickly see upcoming events for a selected resource. Automatically the logged in resource is always selected. By clicking on other employees, you can display several or other appointments for resources. In addition, you can also switch to the "Day" view by using the drop-down "Week" if you only want to see the upcoming appointments of the current day. If you have arranged many appointments, the field "Load more" will appear. By clicking on this button all appointments of this day/week will be displayed. By clicking on the three dots on the right side of the respective appointment, the customer link or admin link of the appointment can be opened to view the appointment details, download the appointment or make a rebooking or cancellation.
3rd area: Statistics
In the statistics, you can select the year. Below it, you can see the number of hours booked, your income, number of bookings and number of customers.
The graphic below shows you your bookings over the year. If you go over the points, you can see how many bookings were made in that month.
4th area: shortcuts
Shortcuts will help you to get to the desired page quickly. You can also go directly to the support page with detailed documentation or contact our support team. The short links will take you directly to the notifications (link point 4), customer management, appointment management, group appointment management, your settings and tips & tricks.
5th area: New features that are available soon
You can make suggestions as to which functions you would like Calenso to offer. You can also vote for suggestions from other users. Suggestions with many votes will be prioritised during development. You can read more about feature suggestions here. This overview shows you which features are currently being developed and will be available soon.
