Add GoTo Meeting as a meeting provider

Since version 4.17.0 it is possible to connect Calenso directly to GoTo-Meeting. To start the connection, log in to your Calenso account and navigate to https.//dashboard.calenso.com/app/settings/meetings.


Click on the + icon next to the employee you want to connect GoTo-Meeting to. The following popup will appear:



Select "GoTo Meeting" and click on "Next". You will be asked for your GoTo Meeting username and password. Fill in this information and authorize Calenso.




If the connection is successful, the following window will be displayed:



After that you will see GoTo Meeting in your meeting providers list:



When a booking is made, the customer is asked where the meeting should take place. If GoTo Meeting is selected, then Calenso automatically creates an online meeting and sends the participant information to the customer.
