Add Cisco Webex as a meeting provider

Since version 4.17.0 it is possible to connect Calenso directly to Cisco Webex. To start the connection, log in to your Calenso account and navigate to https.//dashboard.calenso.com/app/settings/meetings. 

Click on the + icon next to the employee where you want to connect Cisco Webex. The following popup will appear:

Select "Cisco Webex" and click "Next." After that you will be asked for your Cisco Webex username and password. Fill in this information and authorize Calenso. If the connection is successful, the following window will appear:

You will then see Cisco Webex in your meeting provider list:

When booking, the customer will be asked where the meeting should take place. If Cisco Webex is selected, Calenso will automatically create a Webex meeting and send the participant information to the customer.
