Calenso offers you two different booking sites. One shows by default all the branches, resources and employees with all the services. The link for this page is usually more used. You can find it in the company profile under this link.
If you want to preselect a resource directly, you will find the corresponding link at the logged-in resource in the user profile under this link. There you can also change the link. By default, the e-mail address is used as the ending of the link.
Possible use of a resource booking page:
- Direct customer contact: If it is "your" customer, you can use this booking link, because the customer only wants to book an appointment with you. Add the link e.g. in an email or if you have a team page on your website, you can add booking buttons per employee.
- Resource booking: If you rent cars or rooms, for example, it is more convenient for the customer if only this resource is selected. If, for example, a website presents different rooms, it makes sense to pre-select a resource.
