Why are appointments not synchronized with the external calendar? Why are customers not informed?

If customers book appointments via the booking widget, all data is synchronized with your external calendar and your customers are reliably reminded. However, if you create the appointment yourself in Calenso, this may not happen. 


No synchronization if...

If you create an appointment manually in the online calendar or in the appointment list, these appointments will not be synchronised with your external calendar and your customers will not be informed of this appointment.


Synchronization guaranteed if...

Use the booking assistant in your Calenso Dashboard. All functions will be guaranteed.
