Create a group appointment with only one time window

Group appointments with only one time slot occur rather rarely in some companies and very often in others. To avoid the calendar view appearing when booking a group appointment with only one time slot in step 2 and the customer has to select the only time slot available, the group appointment can be marked as such. Thus, step 2 with the calendar view is omitted and the customer continues directly with the contact details. In this article, you will learn how to make this setting.

First, go to the group appointment view under Appointments > Events. 

Now create a new group appointment or edit an existing one. Switch to the detailed view of the group appointment. Click on the three dots and then select "View".

On the right side under "Settings" in the tab "General" you can now activate the toggle "Group appointment has only one time window". Then click on "Save". 

Now step 2 is automatically skipped when booking, as there is only one time window to choose from.
