This article explains how to use the customer detail view in Calenso. Here, you will find all relevant information about your customers.


Customer Detail View

  • Main Card

    The main card contains all information about your customer. You can edit this information at any time by clicking the pencil icon next to the name.


  • Custom Fields

All mandatory and optional booking questions are listed here. These can be manually edited or automatically populated with customer responses.



  • Statistics

Statistics provide key information about bookings, such as most booked services, revenue, and reminders. Data can be filtered by year and displayed graphically.


  • Bookings

This section lists all appointments for the customer.


  • Notes

Notes are useful for remembering important details like preferences or special requests. They can be added and edited at any time.
