In the detailed view of your customer, you have a clear overview of all the information that you have maintained yourself or that has been automatically added by Calenso. In the customer database, click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of a customer's database and select "edit".

Now you come to the detailed view. Below the picture, you will find the explanations for the individual areas.

Main card

All information about your customer is stored here. The more information you enter, the longer and more detailed this card will be. With the pencil symbol next to the name, you can edit this information at any time.

User-defined fields

All mandatory and optional booking questions will be listed with your client. On the one hand you can edit and enter the fields yourself, on the other hand they are automatically completed by the answers the customer entered or selected during the booking.

Here you will find the most important information about the bookings you have made. The most frequently booked service, income, bookings and reminders. Next to the title you can select the year.

Below the numbers, the bookings are shown graphically on a graph. Move over the circles to see when and how many appointments and group bookings were made.

Here all appointments from this customer are listed.

Notes are very practical. For example, you can take notes on your favourite drink, family or pet so that you always have something to talk about. Or write down things like next time Mr Müller will join the conversation.

Never forget a detail again and surprise your customer with your knowledge.
