Notes are very practical. For example, you can take notes about your favourite drink, your family or your pet, so you always have something to talk about. Or you can write down things like next time Mr Miller will join the conversation.
Never forget a detail again and surprise your customer with your knowledge. And that's how it works:
Go to your customer database and change to the detail view of the customer by clicking on "edit".
At the bottom, you will find the "Notes" section.
Add a new note by clicking on "+".
Select the employee who created the note, for example, or who it will affect. The field "Done" shows you whether you still have a pending task due to this note or not.
Click on "Save" to save the note.
You can edit (pencil icon) or delete (red bin) a note at any time.
