This article explains how to create notes for your customers in Calenso. This helps you store and access important information and details about your customers at any time.
Creating Notes for Customers
Access Customer Database
- Open the customer database and navigate to the detail view of the desired customer by clicking "edit".
Add Note
- Scroll down to the "Notes" section.
- Click "+", to add a new note.
- Select the employee who created the note or whom it concerns.
- The "Completed" field indicates whether there are any pending tasks.
- Click "Save" to store the note.
Edit and Delete Note
- To edit a note, click the pencil icon next to the note.
- To delete a note, click the red trash can icon.
