  • Full-day events are taken into account when determining dates.
  • "Display as" is supported. Appointments which are defined as "Free" are ignored during appointment determination. Only appointments with the status "Busy", "Absent", "With reservation" and "Working at a different location" are considered for appointment determination.
  • Appointments made via Calenso will be written to the Office 365 calendar, provided that this calendar has been defined as the default calendar in the Calenso back end.
  • Office 365 appointments are displayed in the normal calendar and the online calendar, but cannot be edited there. For editing, a tool optimised for this purpose, such as the Apple Calendar App or Microsoft Outlook, should be used.
  • For each request, a maximum of 50 Microsoft appointments will be sent to Calenso when calculating free appointments. This is a Microsoft restriction and cannot be adjusted. If you have more than 50 appointments per day, it is possible that free appointments are calculated incorrectly.

  • Important: Full-day events with the status "Busy", "Out of office", "With reservations" and "Working at a different location" block the whole day. This means that no appointments are released on this day.
