Define booking questions for individual services

It is not necessary that all booking questions are asked for each service. Some questions are specific to one service. Therefore we will show you how to add a booking question for a certain service. (Video from 3:37)




For example, you want to find out your client's Skype Name for an online video conference to enable direct contact. 

Add a new booking question. For example, give your customers the possibility to choose from different tools. If you only need the question for a specific service, e.g. online conference, then deactivate the field "Apply on appointment bookings". Otherwise, this booking question will be asked for all services.



Now go to the services in your settings. Create a new service like the following:



Or select the processing for an existing one. To do this, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of an existing service and select "Configure booking questions".



Now drag the desired booking question into the "Booking questions activated for this service" column.



The booking question is now displayed for the corresponding service.
