At the end of the booking process, customers can enter personal data. Navigate to Settings → Booking questions to edit the booking questions.
A field can be activated or deactivated by clicking on the green or gray button. By default, the fields are entered as mandatory fields, i.e. they must be completed by the customer. By clicking on "Change to optional field", the field can be filled in optionally. The order of the booking questions is fixed and cannot be changed.
