Why does it not show me a free appointment over several weeks/days?

This can have several possibilities. Here we would like to list the most common reasons:

  • Absences: Please check if a longer absence has been recorded. To do this, go to Settings-> Absences and check the resource in question.
  • External calendar: If you have connected an external calendar, appointments entered there could also be a reason for unbookable appointments.
