Features and Usage


Earnings with Calenso

Resellers can earn commissions by referring customers to Calenso. The commission structure is as follows:

  1. Commissions: For each successful referral, you receive 10% of the amount paid by a referred Calenso customer.
  2. Payment: Commissions are paid out monthly once they reach a minimum threshold.
  3. Tracking: All your earnings can be tracked in the reseller dashboard.


Detailed Process

  1. Registration: Sign up as a reseller and receive your personal affiliate link.

  2. Distribution: Share the affiliate link through your channels (website, social media, etc.).
  3. Referrals: Customers who sign up through your link will be credited to your account.
  4. Requirements:
    • You have registered as a reseller.
    • You have received a reseller link.
    • Your customer has registered via your reseller link.
    • Your customer pays for their Calenso subscription via Stripe (credit card) or Bexio (invoice).


Example: If a customer signs up using your reseller link and makes a payment, you earn 10% of the amount.


Commission Payout

  • Credit Card: For payments via credit card, Stripe notifies us of the payment. Once confirmed, we credit 10% to your bank account.

  • Invoice: For invoice payments, we wait until the invoice is paid and the amount is credited to the Calenso bank account.


Using the Reseller Dashboard

The reseller dashboard offers a variety of functions to manage and optimize your activities:

  1. Access: Log in with your reseller credentials.
  2. Dashboard Overview: See an overview of your current referrals, earnings, and performance statistics.
  3. Reports and Analytics:
    • Reports: Generate detailed reports on your referrals.

Login as a Reseller at Referred Partners

  2. Creating a Reseller Admin User:
    • Go to your reseller dashboard and create a new user with admin rights.
  3. Login Process:
    • Click the login link of the referred partner in the reseller dashboard.
    • Log in with your admin credentials.
