The appointment edit process does support two different levels, the first level is all base information from an appointment. On the second step the user can add booking question values directly to the appointment. If there are many different booking questions, the ordering is based on the following logic.
- When an appointment is booked from the widget, it will show booking questions that are answered at the time of booking. All the answered booking questions will appear based on order and the rest of them will remain hidden.
- When an appointment is added manually and has mapped services, it will show all booking questions which are mapped with selected services based on order and the rest of them will remain hidden.
- When an appointment is added manually and doesn't have mapped services, it will show all the booking questions among the first 4 will be shown based on order and the rest of them will remain hidden.
