How to Create Exceptional Availabilities in Calenso?

This article explains how to create, edit, and delete exceptional availabilities in Calenso.

View Recorded Exceptional Availabilities 

You can view exceptional availabilities in the settings under "Availabilities". Regular employees can see only their own, while administrators can also see others'.


Record Exceptional Availabilities 

  1. Go to Settings and select "Availabilities".
  2. Click on "Record New Availability".
  3. Fill in the fields and save.


Edit Exceptional Availabilities 

  1. Open the action menu of the desired availability.
  2. Select "Edit".
  3. Make the changes and save.


Delete Exceptional Availabilities 

  1. Open the action menu of the desired availability.
  2. Select "Delete".
  3. Confirm the deletion.
