In your account under the reseller dashboard you will find all the information about the reseller partnership with Calenso. In this article you will learn about the various functions of the dashboard.

Statistics
In this section you can see the most important key figures:
- Your earnings with Calenso: This is how much money you have earned in total with Calenso.
- Open payouts: Amount waiting for the next payout.
- Number of payments: You have already received a commission from this number of payments.
- Number of unpaid payments: Number of payments that have not yet been paid out.
- These are paid out in the next quarter or at the end of the year, depending on what you have defined in the settings.
If you have been selling Calenso as a reseller for several years, you can filter the statistics by year.
Earnings chart
This chart shows you how much money you earn each month with Calenso. If you change the year next to the statistics title, the content of the chart will also change:
Payments
In this tab you can view all commission payments and the following data:
- Date and time at which we recorded the payment.
- Referral: Name of the Calenso partner who initially referred you and made a payment to Calenso.
- Receipt: If a receipt for the payment is available, we will link it here.
- Paid: Indicates whether the commission has already been paid to you or whether the amount is still outstanding.
Referrals
In the referral tab you can see all the partners you have recruited so far:
- Name of the partner
- Date of registration
- Test phase active: At Calenso, a partner can test the software free of charge for 14 days. As long as a partner has not yet reached this limit, they are in the test phase. All information about the test phase can be found on Calenso's current pricing page.
- Partner paid? If a partner is no longer in the test phase and is paying for a Calenso subscription, then you will see "Yes" here. If it says "No", please contact the partner and try to win them as a paying customer, only then will you benefit.
Invitations
If you have invited customers via e-mail, you will see these invitations in this tab:
- Invitation date
- E-mail address
- Status:
- Invited
- Invitation was accepted
