In principle, discounts via Calenso only make sense if you use online payments. To create a new discount, go to "More" -> "Coupons" in the navigation. Here you can see all the discounts you have created.

Click on "Create" to enter a new discount.

Create a coupon

Give the discount a name. If you selected "Percentage" for the type, then enter the percentage as a number (without "%"). Now you can limit the period and the total number of redemption. 

The same applies if you want to insert a fixed amount as a discount.

Click on "Add" to enter the discount.

Edit coupon

If you want to edit a discount, click on the pencil icon at the corresponding discount on the overview page. Next to it is the waste symbol to delete the discount. In the general overview, you can see all the important information about your discount. This includes the automatically generated code (not editable), the conditions, how often the discount was redeemed and until when the discount is valid.

In the detail view of your discount, you can adjust your discount, just like when you create a discount. You will also see all customers who have benefited from the discount, including the date of redemption.

Tip: Click on the copy icon next to the title of the discount code to copy the code to the clipboard to publish it easily and correctly.
