Activating Smart Action
To activate the satisfaction survey, navigate to "Smart Actions" and enable the "Satisfaction Survey after Appointment" smart action. Then click "Configure".
Setting Trigger Conditions
Set the conditions under which the feedback message is sent. Options include after every visit, once per customer, or after a certain number of appointments.
Configuring Delay
Define the delay in minutes after which the feedback message will be sent. This can be set separately for individual and group appointments.
Customizing Text
