How do I activate Smart Actions?

You can find your Smart Actions in your dashboard in the menu under "Settings" > "Smart Actions".

Here you can find an overview of all Smart Actions that are available or will be available soon.

Narrow down the menu by categories to find functions for a specific purpose.

Switch the toggle to "Activate" the desired function.

As soon as it is activated, you can configure it according to your wishes. To do so, click on "Configure" below the activation toggle.

If a new feature is planned and already in development, it will appear as a "coming soon". So you can already look forward to new functions that will appear later.

In the Smartactions there are many functions, which are divided under the following categories:

• Communication
  • Automatic thank you email after the appointment
  • Mass cancellation of appointments
  • E-mail to customer before appointment
  • Send vouchers and special offers (Coming soon)
• Ratings
  • Satisfaction survey after the appointment (e.g. Google rating)
• Utilization optimization
  • Optimal utilization of free time windows (Coming soon)
• Data export
  • Monthly participant export of group appointments
  • Automated data export
