In the first October release we added cool new features :)

  • It is now possible to mark services as "internal". These services can then only be booked via the internal booking widget (not for customers).
  • For bookable resources / employees a description (multilingual) can now be defined. This description will then be displayed at the private booking link.
  • If a partner has many services, you can now search for them in the booking widget. This function can be activated in the booking widget settings.
  • The display of the booking widget settings has been improved. Settings are now displayed grouped by topic.


Many users have been waiting for this feature:

  • We now have a full integration to Zoom! In your settings, you can connect your Zoom account to Calenso under "Meeting provider". In total, you can currently connect 4 different meeting providers:
    • Phone: If "Phone" is activated, the meeting location will contain the phone number of the partner.
    • Store: If "Branch" is activated, the location of the appointment will contain the address of the branch.
    • Zoom: If "Zoom" is activated, an online zoom meeting is created for the appointment and the location of the appointment contains the link to the created meeting.
    • Calenso Meeting: if "Calenso meeting" is activated, an online Calenso meeting will be created for the appointment and the location of the appointment will contain the link to the meeting created.
